• Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and event details you enter while creating your invitation.
• Payment Information: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details or UPI information — these are handled entirely by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
• Usage Data: Page views, browser type, IP address, device type, and time spent on your invitation page (used for analytics and the view count feature in your dashboard).
• Guest Messages: Messages and RSVP responses submitted by your guests through your invitation link.
• Images: Any photos you upload to personalize your invitation (stored securely via Supabase Storage).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, host, and deliver your digital invitation to your guests.
• To allow you to edit your invitation and view guest responses via your dashboard.
• To process your payment securely through Razorpay.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g., confirmation, support responses) at tools@theashnow.com.
• To display analytics (view counts, guest message stats) in your dashboard.
• To improve our service, fix bugs, and understand how customers use TheAshNow Invitation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your invitation data, images, and guest messages are stored securely using Supabase (a trusted cloud database provider). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Your data is stored on servers and is retained for the duration your invitation is active. After your event date, data may be retained for a period of 90 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

We use browser localStorage to store user preferences such as your logged-in email, discount popup visibility, and countdown timer state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies on this service.

• Access: You can view all your invitation data via your dashboard at any time.
• Edit: You can update your invitation details from your dashboard.
• Delete: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at tools@theashnow.com.
• Data Portability: You may request a copy of your invitation data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
