1. General Refund Policy

TheAshNow Invitation is a digital product — your invitation is created and your unique link is generated immediately after payment. Because the service is delivered instantly and the link is accessible from the moment of purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the invitation link has been generated.

This is consistent with standard digital product policies under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable consumer protection guidelines for digital services in India.

3. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will process a full refund in the following circumstances:

Your payment was deducted but no invitation link was generated within 24 hours of purchase.
You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
A technical error on our platform prevented you from using the service entirely.
Your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account (this is resolved via Razorpay's payment reconciliation process).

4. Failed Payment Refunds via Razorpay

If your payment was deducted but the transaction shows as failed on our end, the amount is typically auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

5. Goodwill Exceptions

We understand that mistakes happen. If you selected the wrong template or made a significant error at checkout, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase before editing your invitation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

A template switch to your preferred design at no extra charge (if available).
A partial credit toward a future purchase.
A goodwill refund in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

These exceptions are entirely at the discretion of TheAshNow Group and do not constitute a standing policy or guarantee.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at tools@theashnow.com with the subject line "From TheAshNow Invitation - Refund Request" and include:

Your registered email address.
The Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number.
The reason for your refund request.
Any relevant screenshots (if a technical issue occurred).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
