TheAshNow Invitation ("the Service") is a digital invitation creation platform operated by TheAshNow Group, accessible at tools.theashnow.com/invitation. The Service allows users to create, customize, and share animated digital invitation cards for personal events such as weddings, birthdays, and parties.
The Service is a digital product — no physical cards or products are delivered. All invitations are hosted online and accessed via a unique URL link.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Access to your invitation dashboard is provided via the email address used at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your email address secure. TheAshNow Invitation is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your email credentials being compromised.
You may edit your invitation details unlimited times until your event date. After the event date, your invitation link remains accessible but editing may be restricted.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Discount codes such as TAN70 are applied at checkout and reduce the total payable amount. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial invitation purposes. You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of any personal content you upload (photos, event details, etc.). By uploading content to the Service, you grant TheAshNow Invitation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your guests.
All design templates, animations, code, and UI elements of TheAshNow Invitation are the intellectual property of TheAshNow Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of your invitation link. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
TheAshNow Invitation will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance that may affect invitation availability.
